I worked for a company where United Healthcare provided our medical and dental benefits and a service that was performed in october 2003 still has not been paid and now I cannot see my dental provider because I refuse to pay them since the bill should be covered under insurance. United healthcare is the worst company to work for as well as receive benefits from.
