have you received payment yet? I worked for United Healthcare and had dental insurance with the company- It has been almost one year since the date of service and my provider as well as myself are still fighting for payment on this service. I paid a premium each month and still cannot get coverage taken care of- I am glad that we are not receiving benefit managment from this company any longer at my job.
