First of all, I am trying to locate a toll-free number for this company. I have tried the number I have and I get a recording that says the number has been disconnected.
Next, has anyone else had trouble collecting from this company? They have a 30-day waiting period, then once you have met that requirement, they claim it will take approximately another 30 days to determine elegibility. Then yet more time to receive benefits. I find this a bit much for maternity leave. Any help will be most appreciated.
