Did you read that court filing, or just look for the name on Google? In section B of that filing (wherein the actions dated 1991-1992), it is stated that the offenders were 4 individual representatives in Dearborn, Michigan. I'm sure the company you are currently employed with, has probably terminated more than 4 employees for actions detrimental to the company.
It's good that you have an opinion, and you are, under U.S. law, allowed freedom of speech to voice your opinion, but make sure you provide all the facts in your arguement prior to sticking your 2 cents in.
: I just met with a primerica last night (Saturday) and he gave me the exact same arguments word for word. You guys must practice these arguments a lot (role play much?). How about US Securities Exchange Commission VS. Primerica 1998? Primerica is a scam. Stay AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!
