: Based upon the reported rolling of money found in policies by the PFS agents, I would first do the following.
What I would do first, before taking any advice from Ken Young, is realize that he was sentenced to 30 days incarceration by a Florida judge for failing to provide evidence he claimed he had
(see searcylaw.com). He now says "based upon the reported rolling of money...?"
Please provide the details of that report. It seems you are well-known for claiming something was reported to you, when in fact you are fictionalizing these "reports." Do you think people are really so stupid as to believe these mysterious reports actually exist?

: Caution....When you establish what has happened be sure you contact a professional insurance agent such as a CLU or LutcF or Money Planner who has the titles of learning behind his name and not just one of those run-of-the-mill PFSers who may once again attempt to use those funds to cut another commission out of it for himself.
I'm glad you brought up qualifications. The reader should be aware that the person advising you has no more qualifications than those he critisizes. The Texas Department of Insurance has forwarded a copy of Ken Young's life insurance exam under an "open records request." The exam copy shows that Ken Young failed numerous sections of the exam and barely passed others. Ken Young has no further qualifications other than this license, the same license issued to ALL insurance sales people.
: It is a well known fact the outrageously premium priced PFS insurance products can not compete with the less costly traditional Insurance Company's same products on the open competitive market. :)
That's not true either, actually. If you search for quotes on term insurance, you will find Primerica is not the highest in most cases.
Just to clear things up, I'm not an advocate for Primerica or any life insurance company. I'm an advocate for truth. What I have learned through open-records requests, court records, and carefully analyzing Ken Young's posts, is that almost NOTHING he says can be relied on, and that he is very skilled in the art of deception. Any message he posts which begins "it has been reported to me..." or similar language is almost surely a fraudulent, baseless post.
