Don't worry about your friend; if you are his friend, you will not assume he is too gullible to figure things out for himself because he does not agree with you.
I have worked in a brokerage and in Compliance. The reason I really liked the opportunity Primerica offered was it is the "honest" thing to do. I have seen RR's sell, sell, sell... Unfortunately, they are not always selling the suitable product to their clients due to the pressure of huge quotas. Do you think every other major company is not asking their agents and reps to utilize their warm markets? Think again! Some of the best known companies have their reps sit down first day and "give them 50 names..." What is that? It's sales...period. I have seen good practices and I have seen the worst! Primerica has excellent business practices and does the right thing by their clients... I stake my licenses on that everyday!
It is true you have to work hard with Primerica to make the big money... but with any other company you do also. The difference? With Primerica someday you can have ownership. You can EARN enough to retire. You choose your clients and no one holds your livlihood over your head but you! Additionally, you have the ability to help your family and friends get out of debt. Who else is going to do that for them?
Lastly, sitting here throwing stones is not going to prove anything nor help anyone get richer or smarter. Everyone who has become successful in any walk of life has had to endure these stones from people who haven't achieved success themselves...fact of life. It is easier to pick apart something and look for the bad rather than put your nose to the grindstone and really do it. It beats sitting in a "cube farm."
: Just concerned because a friend of mine has joined Primerica and has sacrificed a lot in order to go full time and I'm not even sure he is making that much. Ever since that company has waltzed into my friend's life he has been brain washed completely!!! I am not the only one who sees this and I am very worried about him. I tried it myself, but I just didn't like it. There seemed to be something fishy, but I'm not good with numbers. I just didn't like the approach they used to sign people up. Can anyone help me out here? What's the real deal? Is there anyway to convince or show my friend that he might be making a mistake??
