I am curious, do you still work for Bankers? I am considering a career with them in Greensboro, and from what you say regarding the leads it sounds different from what I was told by their USM.

: I work for bankers and can tell you its not exactly what the managers preach. you got to be ready to work long and late hours your firs year. The leads they provide do cost you money but not out of pocket. But those leads they use are junk leads, I buy my leads thru another source that provide better closings. But the job is worth it,monday-friday weekends off and if you make bonus for the quarter you'll get paid big. hope this helps and feel free to email me with questions
