Personally, I wouldn't recommend TIAA-CREF to anyone, based on my experience with those airheads yesterday. I had called previously, inquiring about withdrawal of funds from my account. I was told specifically that I couldn't at that time, that I had to wait and call back after a set time frame. I did - now they're telling me I can't withdraw as I had expected to. What do they do with the money? I have my own theories, but I'm not posting them at this time.
