Subject: Re: Long term disability class actions

: They keep mentioning how First Unum, Paul Revere, First Provident etc. are under Class Action suits. What about other Long term Disability carriers not mentioned in the suit. They have pulled the same stunts in denying cases. If the class action is won, and cases are ordered re-opened by the courts, will it also apply to other carriers not mentioned in the suit?
