Trying to get a prior for knee scope. They claim the md is not part of the plan. He is on their website through Frist Health! They have paid him for 2 vists so far as an in plan md!! He became part of the plan because they sent me to him 2 years ago, and did not pay the claim!!! Oxford staff has told me to call NY AG every time they pull a stunt like this, that they are being watched by the state. If you have them, print a profile of the office you are going to for yourself and the office to attach to the bill. IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO GET THEM TO PAY !!! Good luck, can't wait to get a new job with quality health care.
