They may be trying to get your medical records from your primary doctor to make sure this was not a pre existing condition.

: I have bills back to 1/22/03 still open, ones from 11/02. Would not use this plan if I had a choice, as matter of fact I am looking for a job do to this plan!! I spend more time on the phone with them than I do selling on my job.
