I have a employer group short term disability policy (I pay premiums), which I expect to receive benefits from following the birth of my child.
If I don't choose to return to work following my disability/FMLA leave, can the benefits paid to me under short term disability be collected back from me? How can I obtain this information without sending up red flags to employer or insurance company?
