: I have severe asthma which has required frequent hospital stays. THanks to United Health Care's customer service and timeliness in paying bills, my credit is in the trash. I have had to fight tooth and nail to get the coverage i paid for, yet three physicians/ hospitals have sent me to collections because I cannot get United to follow through. Even now, one account is still unresolved, despite talking to numerous reps who always give different answers. I highly recommend searching elsewhere for an insurance provider.
