UNUM has several cases in litigation and there are many and I mean many attorneys who handle these cases. In fact you don't want a previous Corporate Attorney for UNUM (typically, they don't have trial experience because there job is "main job duties" are very different, you want an experienced trial lawyer who is familiar with all the rules of procedure, evidence, trial motions, discovery issues, etc.
