My records indicate that Regena has stated that she is a "Director" of PRIMERICA'S General Counsel's Office which I understand is the monitor of the business practices of the Primerica Sales Division, not Citigroup, Citicorp or City Bank.
You are going to have give Regena some time to check with Citibank to verify the information you posted on the message board I sponsor to verify the information I posted about not only me receiving unsolicited credit cards and blank credit card checks from credit card companies I do not have an account with, but also the poster to our board who posted the story about after he had refinanced his mortgage through Primerica he alos received an unsolicited credit card from Citibank.
Regena should have an answer for you in a couple of days and then you can pass it on to the others.
Of course we are talking about the USA, not Canadian laws.
