I have been denied a claim by Unum.I paid premiums for years. I was in the world trade center on Sept 11,2001. My company lost 61 people. I lost over 100 friends. I have been forced to leave my profession as a broker due to severe post-traumatic stress syndrome.My doctors have documented my condition, I am stuck in some place called their internal appeal. I am aware now that this is a farce. their only issue is to save money. They tell me that enough time has passed that I should be over it. I do not believe they have a medical staff...I barely escaped alive and Unum thinks it is over. they are criminals...I am petrified that I will never be better.
