Recently somebody stated on a different message board that he receives unsolicited credit cards from Citibank "all the time" (his words). He also posted a message from a viewer saying that he (the viewer) also received unsolicited cards from Citibank. Most assuredly, these were not just unsolicited credit applications, but the actual cards.
This person also stated that he received those blank "checks" from Citi, even though he does not have a Citi credit card.
Would you please state Citi's policy on sending out unsolicited credit cards in the mail, please?
