The only way to stop wrongful denials of claims is
to file complaints with your State's Insurance Commissioner"
and request that stricter guidelines be implemented and
more accountability on the carrier with high fines.
Be brief in your complaint, "nut shell" and provide
your Insurance Carrier with your response to the Carrier's
response to your complaint. Let the Insurance Commissioner
know how they are being unresponsive to your requests
for information on your denial, and then have Insurance
Commissioner explain it to you, if they can!!!!!
