Need help with DOV claim against Allstate Ins. I am a third party with $3000 in dmgs to my 03 dodge ram. Need specific and fast suggestions. My truck is fixed, and I am ready to pursue DOV now. The best I can do is use the GA formula to calculate about $600, which I dont think is very accurate. Any constructive, well-educated assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
