Horrace-Mann, who sent out an adjuster, it was a perfectaly clear day with no wind, the adjust wrote it up as a wind storm blew the limb off the tree. My first contact with Horrace-Mann was on 9/04/03, and was told they would call me back that afternoon, I waited until 9/10/03 and called back which this time they returned my call telling me the neighbor was not negligent in keep the dead limbs off the tree, and there for not liable for any claims to my car. Would like some feed back on this please.
