I want some info. on this Insurance carrier
North Star Church Protector.i've been with this
Co. for over 2years my policy expired jul/2003
one day it just darn on me that i haven't received a renewal package, so i called my agent,a week ago and told her i think i should receive a renewal package about my policy, she said am I sure,i said i din't know so she checked and find out my policyhas been expired over a month ago, they went and back log i have no id what that meant. they didn't panalize me but my premium went up almost triple.i feel like there is something my agent is not telling me. what am i supposed to do.
