This was the rest of my original response to the question after my "no.".

"Seems unfair, but anytime you hit another vehicle from behind, it can easily be argued you were following too close (you couldn't stop in time, therefore you were too close). You are generally required to travel far enough behind traffic in front of you to stop in time to avoid a collision, no matter how fast they stop."

: : : No.

: : -------------------

: : Are we hearing you say that even when jumping out infront of the inquirer into the inquirer's lane if the driver who cut off the inquirer's car and then jammed on his breaks, the inquirer doesn't have a case even though the inquirer's car was scraped during the change of lanes?

: : Would you still make a general statement of "No" without obtaining additional information from the inquirer or at least explaining in further detail why your answer is a one word answer of "No"?

: : Just curious as to your answer of "No" and nothing more than that is intended. :)

: That is true. The regulation is, "failure to keep your vehicle under control". Once again, what about my question asking you why a plain "No" response to the inquirer without first going into further detail to establish while changing lanes the driver who back-ended the driver who cut him off if he had his own vehicle scraped when the other vehicle jumped in front of him, before the inquirer's claim would be denied? It the inquirer who back-ended the driver who cut him off was not hit in the change of lane, then your respose of a plain "no" then would have been justified and I agree with you, but people have the right to know why.

: : : : I hit some body's car in back while he just change his line, but he was all the way in the line that i hit him, what coz the accedent was Yellow Light he hit his breaks so hard but i couldn't stop my car and hit his car's back .
: : : : is there any way that i can win this claim from my insurance company
