: : What the hell is a "Primerica Real Survivor?" Dont you mean a "Primerica Real Quitter?" Eight months is not a long time. Especially to claim that you know more about the company than they do and you were telling them how to run the company. That is probably why you failed. You weren't coachable and your ego got in the way. You probably didnt have one recruit or any training sales, did you? You couldnt get your license and then you quit, just like 90% of the other unimpressive people out there. Now your bad mouthing the company becuase you failed. But did you really try that hard? Or did you just expect the money to be pouring in? What kind of insurance expert can't even pass a Life & Disability test?
: This is soooo funny. I actually went online to find out if there was a local Primerica Office (I've just moved to NM). What I am finding instead is several of these 'boards' with bitter people who have had bad experiences with Primerica. I am not surprised that many people quit. If you think about it, it really does make sense. Primerica is a company that gives EVERYONE a chance to succeed. If all companies had similar hiring practices (no interviews, just come on in...) then I'm sure that 95% of employees would be fired within the first few weeks! Let's face it, everyone who says they can do the job isn't necessarily cut out for it. Some people are lazy. Others aren't comfortable selling products or talking to people. Some just don't like to go to work! It's no different with Primerica
Thank you guys, I was thinking of joining primerica (Quebec) and all this fuss about that company tells me to look for a job where they will take a look at my c.v.
By the way, had the people that would have supervised me been so arrogant, I would probably not have made it the first week!
