While I hope you have found your policy, the easiest way to determine with whom you had coverage is to "follow the money." Did you pay and agent for the coverage...ask them. Did you pay the premium with a check or credit card, get the information from the bank or card issuer. Someone was paid, or you didn't have the policy. Best of luck.
