I have never had to make a cold call because the people I help are more than happy to give me warm referrals. It is no different than having a restaurant and asking your friends and family to come in and try it and recommend it to their friends. The person that trained me makes over 300,000 a year, does not charge me for anything. I have personally went head to head to many people in finances and I know more now than they will ever learn. everyone was totally up front with me about earnings, recruiting and working hard.
: I interviewed with 4 other financial firms before I joined Primerica and they were useless! They all expected me to cold call, recruit with no override, and promotions were a joke.
