they are the worst of the worst. I actually found out who the woman is in their commercials, she is the Vice President of claims. I wrote her about the shoddy handling of my claim. Did I get a response?? Of course not. But her commercials say "With Mercury, you have a whole team behind you" Yep and I know what they are doing "behind" me, just don't bend over.
My story is too long and boring to reiterate here. All I can say is Mercury sucks.
