: I have never dealt with an insurance company, that does not know what they are doing and also you can never get thru to them. THey pay for nothing and all the doctors I go to and my family goes to say they are the worst for paper work and not paying in a timely manner. I am still waiting for payment on a claim for my Husband's Garry's glasses from 3 months ago. All it is is a $35.00 payment. If we would not have our premium paid in the correct amount of time,we would be cancelled. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. I would like a reply to this. Thank you GLoria Halfhill

Gloria....... Most insurance company will not allow any payment for eye glasses because that is what is known as an adverse condition knowing that many many people will need glasses at one time or another. The only exception to that would be if an accident caused the need for the glasses.

I tend to believe that the $35.00 was a payment for the optomitrist's examination and nothing for the glasses themselves.

It is neither a condition of posting to this board and not necessary to post the name of the company if you elect not to when you vent your frustrations on this board.
