What carrier are you referring to? This is a general insurance message board.

: I have never dealt with an insurance company, that does not know what they are doing and also you can never get thru to them. THey pay for nothing and all the doctors I go to and my family goes to say they are the worst for paper work and not paying in a timely manner. I am still waiting for payment on a claim for my Husband's Garry's glasses from 3 months ago. All it is is a $35.00 payment. If we would not have our premium paid in the correct amount of time,we would be cancelled. I would not recommend this insurance to anyone. I would like a reply to this. Thank you GLoria Halfhill
