I'm an agent with another company and I just insured a guy that left golden rule because his rates went up over 40% in less than one year. He's only 20 and in perfect health!! I don't think you will get very far suing due to rate increases. Virtually every major medical insurance company's rates go up like that. The only one that I know of that doesn't go up like that is United American.
