We are experiencing extreme frustration in our atempt to collect on the life insurance policy of my mother-in-law. We first provided all information requested by the NationWide Insurance Company during March 2003. It is now July and we still have not gotten a clear response from the company muchless the money. My mother-in-law paid on the little $1000 policy for more than 20 years. She has paid more than double the amount of the policy. She had other policies with another insurance company. That company paid on all three of her policies within a week of getting the information requested. We certainly donot feel that NationWide is on our side. They are holding up the dividing of what little is left of my in-laws estate. It seems that they should be able to quickly and easily settle this small claim.
