I turned in a claim 4 weeks ago for hale damage of my fully insured GMC truck. After a week I called to ask the progress of the claim and they stated, Opps, we forgot to send the adjuster to look at it. 3 Days later they showed up. Several days later after no contact I called again and got them to fax me the adjusters estimate. It was for $2600. and change less my $500. deductable. I was told the check would be processed that day and mailed the following day. That was okay. I didn't have it 4 days later so I called again and was told Opps, let me take it right to the adjuster and it will go out tommorow. I called the next day to confirm and Opps, forgot it again. This went on for 5 days. Finaly I got the adjuster on the line. I got her voicemail 1 time earlier and she never returned my call. She said it would be processed and she would sign it that day and be mailed the following buisness day. I called the next day and left a message and she did call me back this time. Told me it would be in the mail that day but not to me. It was being mailed to the printers. WHAT? I might get it in a week or so,,
I dropped them and switched to Progressive the same day.
