Fred Rook misrepresented himself as an estate planner with AmeriEstate at the same time selling investments for John Hancock Company. This was so misleading because of the vast about of paperwork involved and the clients are overwhelmed with facts and figures. He has our paperwork from 1st Investors and we want it back immediately. We have already sent him two emails regarding this matter. We have also contacted 1st Investors to stop these transactions.
