Kenny, the Texas DOI has on its record that your appointment with both Mutual of Omaha, and United of Omaha was cancelled 10/02.
The licensing dept. of Mutual of Omaha confirms that your appointment was terminate then.

I am currently appointed with Mutual of Omaha. They have never told me how to do anything, but of course I was never a debit agent.
Why did you get appointed if you are "retired"? Money tight?
