Gentlemen:
I am attempting to obtain information on Conseco. it is my understanding that the life, annuity, and general insurance portion of Conseco did not file for Chapter 11. What portion of the company is bankrupt? Is it the holding company? Is that separate from life and annuities? Is Conseco now out of bankruptcy and if not do you know if there is an estimated time for them to emerge?
