Do you have any memory of a demutualization effort that did not succeed?

: Let Mass Mutual demutualize and see what happens. Equitable did it and now all the profits go to AXA, a French company. The policy holders, agents, and employees have all been shafted (using your words).
: Be smart....never allow Mass Mutual to demutualize.
