Keep in mind, Rob is not going to give you a "discount" for free. Discount health cards exclude many treatments, since the company has to make money somehow.
Maybe Rob has a good product and can tell us more about it?
My advice would be to contact your state, some subsidize high risk residents who cannot get health insurance, especially pregnant women and children.
Or get group coverage through a group plan, such as in a union, employer, professional association or chamber of commerce.
