You will have to contact the Hartford at their corporate offices, and ask them to reinstate the policy, they could ask you to repay all the back premiums. Since it is life insurance, you can email them at lifeservice@hartfordlife.com or call the Hartford at 1-800-833-5575 Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm CST.

: I have a policy that is in effect but have not received bills for over six months. I asked that the payments be taken out of my additional premiums due to husband's loss of job.
