I have been trying for the past 3 weeks to contact a Horace
Mann agent in my area (Scott Opperman). We are presently insured with
State Farm and have become disillusioned with our renewal notice (which
includes a 30% increase) for amongst other things to recoup investment
losses from policyholders across the board (even though there has never
been an claim or accident against the policy. My neighbor has been with
Horace Mann for the past six years and not only raves about the company
but Scott Opperman as well. I have contacted Scott 3 times (each time
leaving my phone #) but to no avail, its like Scott is indifferent to
'new' business. Is this true? HELP?!!?
