I have tried to access my personal claim records on many occasions, many of the times i fail .I have also called tech help on those occasions with no resolution to my problem. My password and user id are correct. Are there time restrictions on the website. I would like to have 24 hr access to my claims. sometimes a recieve message "logon- action? Please help me to resolve the prob.. I have windows me... Thanks
