All else aside, your rant about patients having to pay for a copy of their file is WRONG! In this state it has to be handed over.
Your information about the MIB is incorrect as well.
Better be checking to see where they are headquartered and exactly what information they maintain.

Why not take the Mike Weaver $50,000 challenge and prove, with documentation, that you do not have a personality disorder or mental illness?
