My husband and I applied for LTCI and I was rejected because I had a bout with Fibromyalgia.I am doing fine now and living my life to the fullest.I cannot believe that the nurse that called me is the one who determines whether I get approved.The insurance company did not contact my doctor so how can the nurse do that? I am truly disapointed since I am otherwise in good health.(AFLAC) Do you think that a letter from my doctor would make a difference? Please reply.
